Yoga for runners #3
Southville Running Club will be host to Yoga Prana for a six week slot of:
"Yoga for Runners" at the Southbank Club, Dean lane
Tuesday evening from 19:45 until 20:15.
The thirty-minute window will cover some simple techniques to get the most out of your cool-down and stretching session at the end of your evening's efforts.
Please note that this is open to SRC members only, each session is free and will be on a “first come – first served” basis on each night in question so please ensure that you have chosen a run that will get you back to the club for 19:45 at the latest.
Please bring some tracksuit bottoms and a hoodie to keep warm.
(Nine yoga mats will be provided, feel free to bring your own or use the ones provided - if all the mats are taken you're welcome to just sit on the floor and participate if there is room)
